i think we need to do selective recruting mabye... we are gaining as much as we loose right now, and i think we need all dedicated member! wat do you think?

maybe we do, but how do we know who we should let in or out if we dont add them at all to find out?

well be more selective, like if we need more priests at a certain lvl then find one, or if we need more lvl 50's find. thats wat i meen by selective, rather than inviteing everyone we see cuase then thats when the guild gets disorganized...

What if we did an initiation period. For 2 week they are a recruit. If they do any high level raiding, they don't get to roll for any eq, but they do get to participate. I know most end-contend guilds seem to have a system like that worked out. It might help getting up some more dedicated people.
